Ohohoho~ My new baby...!
Like some of Mac's other foundations, it's placed in a circular container, and when you flip the inside, there's this little container for the sponge. I actually think it's a pretty neat trick if you don't want to take so much space in your makeup kit (if you actually bring one). It seems easy to travel with too.
Here I already have my nc25 on, although I tried my friend's "technique" and have more stuff in there. I actually have on (in order from bottom to top):
Ever Bilena's daily sunblock and whitening cream (I use it as my moisturizer coz... I dunno. It moisturizes my skin and whitens it a little bit. I usually use Nivea's moisturizer but I just can't seem to find it anywhere at the moment)
Etude House's Dream On liquid foundation in #1 (I actually only placed on a very thin layer compared to my usual thick application so it won't feel all that heavy. This is actually around 2 shades lighter than my actual skin tone and makes me look like a CORPSE if I don't put anything to balance the color. haha!)
*usually, I put on my concealer in this part. But my concealer is cream based and heavy so I opted not to use it here*
A thin layer of Nichido's Final Powder in Creamy Glow (Just a veeeeery light layer though to set the liquid foundation in...and the concealer if I ever placed any on. I don't want to put in TOO much and make my face feel like it's gonna fall off)
Mac's Studio Tech Foundation in NC25 (I only used a very light amount on my skin. The color is nearer to my skin color than my Etude House foundation so it kinda balances the color out. I like using lighter shades so that it will match my actual skin color. I was originally kinda yellowish in color but our country's sun is making me look slightly tanner than I should be. I did not put any makeup on my neck so I could show you how my actual skin color should look like. I would have loved to use a brush to apply it, but all of my brushes are just "not appropriate" so I decided to use a moist sponge.)
And finally, another thin layer of Nichido's Final Power in Creamy Glow. (Just to help set the foundation. Once again, don't put too much or you'll feel like your face is gonna fall off.)
I placed a small amount of Ever Bilena's blush on in... I forgot the color... Haha. I don't think it matters though because I can't even see it in the photo haha.
I used Chapstick cherry flavor on my lips. (It actually gives your lips a slightly pinker color... xD) I was actually tempted to put on eyeshadow and eyeliner too, but it would be harder to remove it after.
On a random note, my face looks stupid here. :))
Overall, I actually like the feel of Mac on my skin. Some reviews that I've read and watched said that they felt like mac was heavy on their skin, and I suppose I must agree. To me actually, every single cream based makeup I used had this feeling on my skin. It's not as heavy as other people say, but you can really feel it there. I personally don't mind. Or maybe that's because I'm already used to it.
Here are other stuff that my mom bought for me... xD
White Mountain's sandals are really soft and nice. They don't hurt your feet at all. It's easy to put on and easy to take off. Just be careful not to trip though haha.
Sketcher's sandal's are nice too. It's a pain to put them on (for me at least), but once their on, even if you trip, they won't come off your foot. Haha. I just wish that my mom bought a black colored version of this instead. xDDDDD
